Hi you may be interested in my "Drama for positive change" weekly sessions. The group is currently open until we reach sufficient a number.
A Time for Positive Change


• Do you feel as though you are going through the same negative pattern in your relationships but you can’t see how to change it?

• Do you sometimes wonder “who am I, what am I doing with my life?

• Do you find it impossible to be in the moment because you are dwelling on the past or continually worrying about the future?


Why not join our group psychodrama sessions every Wednesday 2pm to 4pm

Action Methods are used to enable past, present and future life events to be explored. Issues or problems and their possible solutions are enacted rather than just talked about.
