Athena, as to changing the past, I have an interestig story to this. When I did my reiki master course, my fellow student told us (my master and me, there were only three of us)a story that had happened to him. His life partner's daughter had been gravely injured as a child by getting her leg into a working machine on their farm where they lived at the time. She had repeatedly told this story and emphasized what pain and panic she had felt then. When Mike, my reiki master brother, years later got initiated into reiki 1 & 2 during a weekend course, and learned the distant symbol with which you can send reiki not only over physical distances, but also time-distances, like past or future, sent reiki via distant healing to this situation, his step-daughter's story changed suddenly. She said, a great calm befell her and it was as if she waas watching the entire scene from outside. She felt neither panic nor pain throughout as her leg was maimed. To this day this hasn't changed. It is her memory of events now. So ever since, I am a firm believer of one being able to change the past. Belief can move mountains... Why not bend time as well, as ime is bend already, anyway?

Athena, how wonderful you are doing such healing work as well. Mine unfortunately comes too short in the daily mayhem of life. I so enjoy the summer holidays with the children always for that. We do all the things we didn't get round to during the busy weeks at school time - including reiki. Then the girls come down to my bed, we carry another mattress down to my bedroom and lay it at the foot of the bed for Tajun, hot play on our favourite children's angel meditation CD and reiki each other. Or we use my teddybear for distant healing, The girls have reiki level 1 only, but Tajun has 2, so he can do the distant healing invocation with me. I love these relaxed and loving times together with my children and it teaches them that you don't have to feel helpless just because you are not Jesus (or a doctor, lol). Also, they sleep very well after that because it relaxes them so much and all of us sleeping together in one room is family healing in itself!
I also firmly believe that Jesus walked over water and rose physically from the dead. And I am not a Christian. But I am convinced that he was a master manifestor who could influence his level of vibration at will. Thus, lifting it to really high vibrations, the body in physical structure would become lighter than water or even air, just like any other spiritual being or entity is capable of doing. I think this is quite clearly explained in the Celestine Prophecies by James Redfield... Don't forget, our physical bodies are mainly made up of empty space with tiniest particles vibrating here and there, keeping together (at will) in a particular structure (like a stone or you or me, etc.) So when you change vibrational levels and apply a master mind, you can change forms at will. Not just your own (bending spoons, for example).

Scientists say, that a "good enough" mother/parent is enough for a healthy bringing up of a child... well you are exceeding that by far, since you help them see and tap into in such a young age who they really are Much Love

Athena, thank you most humbly for your words of encouragement. You just had my eyes tear up! I was raised in an atheist family who put down all my spiritual experiences to a child's overactive imagination. They completely destroyed all my trust in my own intuition and gut feelings. Of course, they only meant well, being totally convinced that only "scientifically proven" things and states of being existed, everything else was child's play or calling for psychiatric treatment in older people who dared to talk about things occurring outside physical reality. Not trusting and totally suppressing my own intuition has brought me no end of problems, pain and other negative experiences in my youth and early adulthood, and it took me lots of work to trust myself and actually re-awaken my intuition to my daytime consciousness. Sometimes, I still have lapses. But I have learned to listen and act accordingly, cos when you don't "the shit hits the fan" as they say. So doing all these things with my children to me is not only a matter of raising them with awareness, but also preserving them from great harm and possible terrible emotional wounds later on in life... A matter for their self-preservation. Some of the things I have experienced in my life, I am grateful for with hindsight because they have made me stronger and more aware and I've grown a lot on them, not allowing myself to become cold and embittered. But still I would never wish them on anyone else, especially not on these three little souls I love most in all the world: my wonderful pure, innocent, open, trusting and deeply loving children...
