White tea has three times the amount of antioxidants than green tea. One cup is equivalent to 12 glasses of OJ. It has a light taste, not grassy like green tea because it's the most miminally processed, meaning dried. Green is steamed and black is roasted.

I do have a concoction that helps to get rid of a cough: 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons honey, 1/8 cayenne pepper (or as much as you can tolerate). Sip on it as needed. Well, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger right!?
