Thank you Colin. This also still saddens me. His parents are clear in hips and other things. He is conformationally clear and he moves like a dream. He is sweet, obedient and a wonderful dog all around. To think that he won't pass on these traits makes me very sad indeed.

Well, perhaps he was put on this earth just to pass on unconditional love to his human family. He may be an angel in a fur coat.

My Shaman friend thinks that he is my mentor, the dog, into alternative and homeopathic medicine. I am a vet, so there is much I need to learn. This might be my truth.

He will teach me homeopathy and more on alternative medicine. My old GSD, Gunther, got me good on Hip Dysplasia and surgical options...along with chiropractic for dogs and physical therapy. Life is a equal opportunity educator....and my journey with animals has taught me much

We have two German Shepherd pups, 10 months old, I've had German Shepherds my whole life and hips problems have been a big issue.
