Two years ago I formed my own publishing company and released High Way From Hell: Using Emotion to Fan the Fire of Enlightenment. It's based on my life experience but it is not really about me. It's about everyone who reads it. It takes the reader on a journey within, to the deepest recesses of the heart where our own inner truth dwells, waiting patiently for us to discover it. Reading it is an experiential process that meets readers where they are and gently guides them to an expanded consciousness.

Through many years of soul-searching and personal growth I've realized that the most important thing for us to do is to become honest with our feelings, experience them and let them go. In doing this we can learn to experience all of life from a neutral perspective, the dispassionate point of view described by Buddha as the road to enlightenment and inner bliss.
When we make judgments about our feelings, or about ourselves, our experiences or anyone in our life, we destroy the purity of the moment and limit our ability to learn whatever the experience can teach us. By becoming authentic without judgment, we can experience more deeply and move on more easily. More about this in my book! 
As a massage therapist, I specialize in deep tissue work, aromatherapy and energy work. The thing I love about massage and bodywork in general is that, aside from how wonderful it feels, it approaches wellness from the approach of integrating body, mind, emotions and spirit.
