Professionally I play all sorts of roles....Personal trainer, health and wellness/life coach, Spiritual counselor, Reconnective Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master, and EFT practitioner. I use my natural empath abilities and strong intuitive guidance in ALL my work and relationships.
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise and Sport Science, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Metaphysical Sciences and am writing my thesis for my Master's Degree in the same.
Personally - I am ALL ABOUT LOVE! I am an insatiable learner - I love to empower, motivate and inspire others. I love reminding people of their Divinity. I believe we are all connected and united in LOVE...

I am a romantic comedy kind of girl. I like some action and drama but I try to stay away from drama in the movies or in my life!! NO SCARY MOVIES!
I like soft rock, R & B....pretty much no hard rap or heavy metal!

I read all the time -- health, healing, fitness and wellness, spirituality, self-improvement and self-help. Playing with my kids, working out/weight lifting. To date I have finished 2 marathons, 3 half-marathons and 1 triathlon - I love to challenge myself!
I love the Conversations with God books, alternative medicine, health and healing, wellness, quantum physics and just about anything metaphysical! I have a new favorite -- God I AM by Peter Erbe...SO good!
