Jesus is the only diety I've ever been exposed to since a child and who I believe is the only one. I know many disagree but that's ok. I still love people no matter what they believe. Jesus has helped me have victory over major illnesses and so many other problems. I want to invite you to read John 14:6. Although I have my convictions, I do like to learn about other faiths. Everyone is precious to God. I'm fascinated by the commonalities between the different faiths. I think people in general should focus more on that and the Holy Spirit will lead each person to any adjustments that need to be made in each person's life individually. I will read about Therevada. I've learned so much since joining spiritual networks. A lot of the terminology is very new to me. I must say that the people I've come in contact with are very accepting, warm and friendly. I'm looking forward to this journey. Well, that's all I'll say tonight. Thank you for your response and I'll keep praying. I want you to keep feeling better on the inside and out. Hi, I can identify with how you feel. The world is so complicated now that it can really be overwhelming. You're right. We are definately in a critical time. I have fought with depression for years. The only thing that helps me is my faith in Jesus Christ once I prayed to receive him in my heart. I recommend you get plugged into him. It may not be what you want to hear. I don't know what your spiritual background is but just sharing what helps me. After 24 years I'm still making it through him. After praying I learned how to meditate. I also read a lot about natural remedies. A supplement called 5 HTP really helps to. Well, anyway, I hope you feel better about things. In spite of all the pain and terrible things going on there is still a lot of beauty. I hope you don't mind if I keep you in my prayers. You can make it and one day you can help someone else.
