~SPIRITS~

Ok, Id like to begin this with, spirits are all around us. In the grocery store, at the movies, riding in the car, heck even in our homes. Some people tend to think that a spirit can not come into our homes unless invited, well that is utterly false. The only way, is to cleanse your home of spirits and then protect it with rocks/gems and sea salt at door entrances and window sills. And that will work for earth spirits (most of the time). Also, spirits do not eat food, their food is energy since they are composed of energy themselves and do not have a physical body. Therefore spirits will attach to anything that gives off energy, which is everything. they even attach to humans. you all know your own thought pattern?---well ever have a thought come from nowhere and wondered where the heck that came from--well its more likely than not a spirit around or attached to you talking to you trying to arise some kind of emotion out of you- whether it's anger, sadness, or even happiness. See, our emotions send off the most energy so thats what they're using to "eat". So, if you can isolate each emotion, find out the VERY FIRST time you felt it, understand it and let it go, you've won half the battle. Secondly, if you can live your life with little to no emotion (after you've understood them all) you're almost untouchable. Hopefully some of you find this useful

I agree that spirits are pretty much everywhere, but I don't think these spirits have any sway over us in normal circumstances (rituals are a whole other story) unfortunately, I feel that the physical aspect of this life grounds and empowers us in a way that other forms of life just can't really ever be of a strong enough vibration to effect beings that are currently in a physical state of existence, just my two cents though! gods bless.

Physical means nothing, it just means we have a physical body. In the spiritual world they have the upper hand entirely. For they are all energy, and since all things are composed of energy, they have a better understanding of how it works and how its used. Granted they cant raise their vibrantional frequencies, thats something you must work for. But just because we are in a physical state doesnt mean our frequencies are any higher, we must work for our frequencies to go up as well. And in no way is our frequency any higher than a spiritual being, unless we work toward goal.
