Due to the nature of live radio, calling our shows has to follow a certain protocol..
Obviously, if there is a thousand people calling & only one can get into a show at a time, a rule of order is needed. Here is ours:
When you call in to any show via either our toll-free line at 888-454-2751 or our global hotline at 1-919-341-5615, whether it be by live operator or voicemail, your first name, location and a good call-back number are collected. We then call people back in order.
FAQ:
Can I request particular show or psychic to be called for?
-No. We call our listeners back in the order they call us. There is no way to know which psychic or show you will be placed in.
What if I only wish to speak to a particular host?
-All of our hosts have websites and other ways to contact them. Our best suggestion is that you do so directly.
What if I am not available when you try to call me back or I refuse the call?
-If you put your name on our list and we go through the trouble of calling you back- only to have an issue reaching you- our system will ban you. If you try to "game the system" by choosing which show you'll accept a call for, it will ban you forever. The nature of fast-paced psychic talk radio requires that our callers live up to their end of the bargain. If we call you back, your duty is to be there. Otherwise it slows things down for the hosts, other callers and our listeners.
Can I put my name, my aunt's name and the mailman's name on the list in one call?
-No. Sorry. One name per call.
Do I have to give my real name?
-No. You don't have to give your real name or location- however, we do need a real number to call you back on... which will remain confidential.
Are there any hidden fees? Are you gonna try and gouge my phone bill? How about spam?
-No. Definitely no. And never. We are a radio station. Our hosts love to get lots of callers on their shows. Our callers like to get lots of free psychic readings from the best readers in the field, our listeners like to hear great psychic radio. It's win, win, win. There is never any pitch or trick to our readings. They are truly 100% free readings.
