Fallen Angel
(for Wez by Tirza)
Smiling sensually
The fallen angel descends from a higher plane –
Locks eyes with me
So easy to relax into his presence
The brush of his wing tickles my neck
It feels as if he’d always been there
As natural as an extension of my own body

But he is a creature of spirit
Moulding into mine
Taking possession of my senses, my aura
His magic turning it into a wide cloak of rainbow
There’s red heat at the centre
Spreading outwards
To warm heart and soul
Intensity
Sensitivity
Fire & flames
An ocean of rippling waves
Lapping up my being
Soothing the glow inside me
Warmth tempering heat
Tapas so gentle and yet all-consuming
Wonder where the Me ends and the He begins

I’ve attained wisdom:
To live in the moment of NOW
Give yourself over with total abandon.
I never knew it could come that easy, that natural.
Yesterday and tomorrow have lost their reality
I radiate feeling with all my senses
All my being
On all levels

Rose petals opening in bloom
Cause my spirit to sing
Angels’ choirs lend a helping hand
Swelling the song of the universe
To a crescendo
The fallen angel enfolds me in his wings
I feel safe, yet not caged
Held, yet not restricted
Has there ever been such freedom in close proximity?
And has it ever felt good without turning cold and stale
In its indifference?

My spirit resonates in a myriad of smiles
As I drift into unconsciousness
In his soft wings
My fallen angel
Who descended from a higher plane
To teach me the true meaning of freedom
When it had been me wanting to show him indifference

I bow to your divine light
My fallen angel...
