'Give Us This Day Our Daily Bread' - What Is In Your Stomach?

‘Give us this day our daily bread,’ a profound and poignant statement in the Lord’s Prayer. Now we know that our daily bread is made from hybrid grass that does not digest in the stomach – it ferments and spreads toxic waste into the blood stream, which is then carried to every cell in the body causing bloating, acid reflux, joint and tissue swelling, arthritis, migraine head aches, contributes to diabetes, allergic reactions and much more.

Without a doubt the daily nutrition you need will never be found in pizza, bagels, Crispy Creme Donuts, fast food, meat, potatoes or junk food. However, there is another source of junk food that you ingest minute by minute – it is the intake of heavy duty negative consciousness calories that are causing all the symptoms Western Medicine labels a disease or dysfunction.

These heavy duty negative consciousness calories add physical weight throughout your body, because of the volume of their heavy emotional molecules; they affect your health. These ‘weighty' molecules penetrate through your entire being….eaten from a diet of negativity. This negative food source is fed to you from negative, pessimistic ‘thinking’ and non-supportive, dysfunctional relationships.

You need to consider what you are allowing your Self to eat minute by minute. Look at what you are eating from platters of daily bread, which does not nurture you or support you to live a healthy productive life.

What words are you hearing or saying to your Self and what words are you eating that make you sick, disempowered, to feel less than, or to be a victim of someone or something? What words are you speaking or hearing and what words are eating at you that make you sick?

If the words you are hearing or speaking are not providing you with the sustenance you need to nourish your Self, then why have them as part of your food consciousness? Stop using or listening to the junk words of consciousness that are eating you from the inside out.

STOP serving your Self daily junk food or emotinal junk food immediately. START feeding and nurturing your Self with healthy food and upbeat self talk, with positive affirmative words, with productive relationships that support, uplift and keep you connected to your welf-worth and self-confidence.

Begin each day with a renewed appetite for an inspiring feast of daily bread, which will provide you with a nutrition pyramid that gives you a healthy foundation for living each day with vim, vigor and vitality. Feed your Self with a harvest of healthy thoughts, ideas and enthusiasm and your life will flow. Feast and enjoy….Bon appetite! ###
